6.1 Message Frequency and Costs
- You will receive no more than five (5) messages per year, unless additional notifications are necessary.
- Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile provider.
6.2 Opt-in and Opt-out Procedures
- Opt-in: Users may subscribe to SMS notifications by:
- Providing their phone number during case registration.
- Sending the keyword “SUBSCRIBE” via SMS to 917-341-0926.
- Upon opting in, users will receive a confirmation message:
“Thank you for subscribing to Terc Law SMS alerts. Message frequency: No more than 5 messages per year. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support, STOP to unsubscribe.”
- Opt-out: Users may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Upon opting out, they will receive this confirmation:
“You have been unsubscribed from Terc Law SMS alerts. No further messages will be sent.”

6.3 Privacy and Data Protection
